Your citation/bill of indictment/warrant should have a citation to the NC general statute that you were charged with violating. For example Driving While Impaired is a violation of NCGS 20-138.1. Scroll the table of contents until you find chapter 20. Open the chapter and then scroll until you find section 138.1. Most criminal and traffic matters are found under chapters 14 and 20.
